Einreichungstermin 1. Juni: Noch eine Woche... Das ist eine Erinnerung, dass die Einreichungsfrist für Papiere zum Virtual Goods&ODRL Workshop am 1. Juni ausläuft. Aus heutiger Sicht also noch eine wunderbar lange Woche, um bequem ein Papier abzurunden und abzuschicken (per Email an mich). Ich würde mich sehr freuen, möglichste viele aus unserer Fachgruppe ECOM (und natürlich aus anderen Fachgruppen des GI Fachbereichs Sicherheit) zu bekommen. Gute Nachrichten für unseren Virtual Goods Workshop in Koblenz: Die ODRL-Initiative (ODRL steht für "Open Digital Rights Language) schließt sich für 2007 unserem Workshop im Oktober an.

Announcement: Virtual Goods and ODRL Join Forces

The chairs of the Virtual Goods Workshop and the leaders of the ODRL Initiative have agreed to collaborate on the upcoming Virtual Goods Workshop in Koblenz, 11-13 October this year. The "5th International Workshop for Technical, Economic and Legal Aspects of Business Models for Virtual Goods" will now incorporate the "3rd International ODRL Workshop". This amalgamation will bring even greater strength to both communities as they continue to drive new ideas across ecommerce and digital rights management with a balanced focus on the technical, social, and business needs. We are happy to announce that both Renato Iannella and Susanne Guth from the ODRL Initiative will join the workshop conference program committee with specíal responsibilty for the ODRL track. The updated Workshop will include all papers and presentations from both communities.
