Danke für den Artikel, Andrea! Auch anlässlich dieses Falles sind in China in den letzten Jahren immer mehr Regeln zur Einschränkung der Nutzung von Facial Recognition Technologi entstanden- allerdings haben diese Regularien normalerweise immer eine Ausnahme: die öffentliche Sicherheit. Das heißt, wo Kameras von Privatpersonen und Unternehmen eingesetzt werden, soll rigide eingeschränkt werden, wenn aber die Polizei sie nutzt, gibt es meines Wissensstandes nach keine Einschränkungen.
